Here is a simple mod a friend and I made in about 5 mins. We were playing with our HD speaker (inspired by www.afrotechmods.com) and we decided that we had to make a makeshift speaker to compare and/or beat it.

The test runs which we preformed proved that this speaker needs either a huge amp or a few hundred more turns on the coil, both of which were not viable options for us (lazyness).

The speaker did produce sound when the paper was placed on top of the magnet but, as stated above, was very quite.

We concluded that the paper speaker needed a lot more development to get it working properly and that for a quick fix the HD speaker was a better option.
